Care & Support worker
We recognise that your carers are people whom you rely heavily on and for this reason we take great care at selecting our member of staff who will suit this agency.
You are welcome to ask for a change of our care staff at anytime. When staffs attend a booking, they will always be with an appropriate tamper proof identification badge, with a photograph so that he or she is easily identifiable to you.
Our managers and staff are required to carry their identity card at all times when on duty. The card carries the bearer`s photo and full name. Behind the card is individual CRB number and date of issue, the card is terminated when the individual CRB runs out, meaning the individual can not work until renewal.
We would request that by the end of each duty a timesheet is completed with the number of hours worked, less any break taken, the total amount should be written in full as shown in our time sheets. We would suggest that only home / house managers are allowed to authorise time sheets.
In the event of us needing to replace a carer for whatever reason, the agency is fully operational 24 hours a day and we will endeavour to replace the person as quickly as we can and clients will be well informed of these changes.
The service can be cancelled any time by giving at least 24 hour notice by calling 0208671115 / 07817775596 / 03336006333. Cancellation policy will apply in accordance to the client.
